Defining employability and enterprise in art and design
What do you think of the following definitions of employability and enterprise?
EMPLOYABILITY is having the skills and abilities to practice professionally.
Life skills which include: emotional intelligence, self-efficacy; confidence, team-working, communication; being enterprising – a way of doing that enables students to act in the world.

ENTERPRISE involves the additional assets of being able to spot and act on opportunities,
being resourceful, proactive, having a vision; project management, networking and financial acumen.

To what extent does the definition relate to e&e in the curricula or description of how things are?
