My work is underpinned by a strong belief in the importance of enhancing entrepreneurship diversity and sustainability at a systemic level."Cara Lee Roth is an Educational Developer and Researcher at University of the Arts London. Cara leads on university strategies related to teaching and learning in enterprise and employability, working with academic staff to enhance this practice within the curriculum. Cara works closely with colleagues at all the UAL colleges. Her work in this important area includes curriculum research and development, focusing on enterprise and employability learning, teaching and enhancement; collaborative projects and programmes with academics and courses.Prior to this, Cara was an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins on BA (Hons) Graphic Design Communication Contextual Studies. Cara was also a Project Coordinator at the Center for Sustainable Fashion at the London College of Fashion developing sustainability within the curriculum and coordinated the Fashioning the Future Awards, a leading international cross-disciplinary platform for celebrating innovative initiatives towards fashion design for sustainability.Originally from Canada, Cara relocated to London in 2003 to complete a Master of Arts Degree in Arts Criticism and Arts Management and has worked on platforms at Arts Council England to develop arts education and promote art practices.
