I have started my Phd at LCF this academic year (2016/17); my area of research is dance and wearable technology. My background is dance and dance education. I trained in contemporary dance and then taught in dance company education (Rambert) and in secondary school education before making the move into the HE sector. I worked at the Royal Academy of Dance for seven years, lecturing for the BA (Hons) and the PGCE programmes, including modules in pedagogy and practice.
